Microsoft Internet Explorer CMarkup Use-After-Free Remote Code Execution Vulnerability

This vulnerability allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code on vulnerable installations of Internet Explorer. User interaction is required to exploit this vulnerability in that the target must visit a malicious page or open a malicious file.

The specific flaw exists within CMarkup::DisconnectTreePos where destruction of a rendered attacker page by close of a tab or browser will trigger a use-after-free vulnerability in this function. An attacker can leverage this vulnerability to execute code under the context of the process.
