Microsoft Internet Explorer Uninitialized Variable Remote Code Execution Vulnerability
Vulnerability Details
This vulnerability allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code on vulnerable installations of Microsoft Internet Explorer. User interaction is required to exploit this vulnerability in that the target must visit a malicious page or open a malicious file.
The specific flaw exists within the handling of HTML tables. An uninitialized variable in one of the functions can cause memory corruption. This can lead to remote code execution under the context of the program.
