Trend Micro Control Manager cmdHandlerFileHandling Directory Traversal Remote Code Execution Vulnerability

Vulnerability Details
This vulnerability allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code on vulnerable installations of Trend Micro Control Manager. Authentication is not required to exploit this vulnerability.
The specific flaw exists within cmdHandlerFileHandling.dll. The issue results from the lack of proper validation of a user-supplied path prior to using it in file operations. An attacker can leverage this vulnerability to execute arbitrary code under the context of the iusr account.
