LAquis SCADA LGX Report ShellExecute Command Injection Remote Code Execution Vulnerability
Vulnerability Details
This vulnerability allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code on vulnerable installations of LAquis SCADA Software. User interaction is required to exploit this vulnerability in that the target must visit a malicious page or open a malicious file.
The specific flaw exists within the processing of LGX report files. Script embedded in a crafted file can spawn arbitrary processes. An attacker can leverage this vulnerability to execute code in the context of the aq process.
