This vulnerability allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code on vulnerable installations of Unitronics VisiLogic OPLC IDE. User interaction is required to exploit this vulnerability in that the target must visit a malicious page or open a malicious file.

The specific flaw exists within the ChartGridNavigator control in TeeChart5.ocx. The GridLink modifier takes an integer from the caller which is then interpreted as an object address and used in processing. This vulnerability can be leveraged by an attacker to achieve remote code execution under the context of the process.
